We have done our best to describe all items and provide multiple, large photographs. Daniel Du Bay Interior Design values our customers and want them to feel comfortable purchasing any of our items. Due to differences in monitor resolution and brightness the appearance of colors may be somewhat different when viewed on different computer screens. No warranties are offered or implied with this listing. All sales within the state of Illinois will be charged 9.25% sales tax. PAYMENT Payment is expected (initiated) within three (3) calendar cays of end of auction. PayPal payments may also be made with a credit card. We welcome your cashiers check or money order payment, but please use the invoice link, email or eBay message to make us aware of your payment option of choice. Please include a copy of your invoice with the payment. Shipping or picking up of item must wait for payment to clear the bank, so please prepare for a brief delay. SHIPPING Local pickup is available if payment has been received and cleared before items are picked up. Buyer assumes all risk and responsibility once the package is picked up or shipped. Refunds will not be issued for shipping damage or loss and buyer is responsible for filing of any claims against shipper for damage or loss. I do not provide a FLAT rate, as that would not be fair to those customers living at a closer distance. For freighted items, delivery must be GROUND floor. You will be required to open the parcel in order to examine your piece for shipping damages (should there be any) so that the driver can note them.
